APPAREL & CAFE OPERATION STAFF

At SPORTIZZA SDN BHD, we are seeking  Apparel & Cafe Operation Staff to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects in the Pro Shop and Cafe.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting customers with purchasing apparel and equipment in the Pro Shop

• Maintaining inventory levels in the Pro Shop

• Preparing and serving food and beverages in the Cafe

• Ensuring that the Cafe is clean and tidy at all times

• Operating the point of sale system in both the Pro Shop and Cafe

• Assisting with special events and tournaments as needed

• Providing excellent customer service to all clients

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in retail or food service preferred

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
