At SPORTIZZA SDN BHD, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements

• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
