At SPORTIZZA SDN BHD, we are seeking an Apparel Staff to join our team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in finding and purchasing sports apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing sports apparel

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

• Maintain inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly

• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system

• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

• Keep the store clean and organized

• Contribute to team efforts to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience is preferred

• Knowledge of sports apparel and equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
